We try to list as many events as possible in our weekly posts; however, many more events are happening in our area, so check the following theaters’ websites for their complete event schedules:
- The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust programs the Benedum Center, Byham Theater, and Greer Cabaret Theater and provides official ticketing services for several companies, including the Pittsburgh Public Theater / O’Reilly Theatre, The Pittsburgh Opera, the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, the City Theatre, the Pittsburgh Playhouse, the City Theatre Company, and the August Wilson African American Cultural Center.
- The Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra presents numerous other concerts and events at Heinz Hall besides the PSO concerts.
- New Hazlett Theater on the Northside has a variety of offerings, including Prime Stage Theatre and Front Porch Theatricals.
- The Pittsburgh Playhouse, part of Point Park University, hosts numerous performances beyond Conservatory Theatre and Dance Offerings at its three theaters and the George Roland White Performance Center in downtown Pittsburgh.
