ARE BLINK AND WINK MINKS EYELASHES CRUELTY FREE?

Our mink eyelashes are cruelty-free and hypo-allergenic. 

CAN THE LASHES BE REUSED?

All of our lashes can be reused (15-20 times) with proper care. Please refer to your care card once you receIve your order. 

ARE ALL THE LASH BANDS ONE SIZE?

All of the lash bands are one size. Use scissors to customize the lash band to your eyes. 

WILL THE FALSE EYELASHES HARM MY REAL LASHES?

False eyelashes will not remove your real eyelash if applied and removed correctly. 

 

SHIPPING 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please allow 3 days (weekends not included) for processing. Shipping takes 3-5 days with USPS First Class Mail. If you have not received a tracking number within 72 hours please reach out to our support team at hello@blinkandwinkminks.com

 I ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS? WHAT DO I DO? 

If you have entered the wrong address please be sure to reach out to our customer service team at hello@blinkandwinkminks.com.
If a tracking number has already been provided the package will be sent to the address listed on the order.  If a package is returned back to us the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If the buyer refuses to pay the shipping cost within 48 hours a refund for the items ONLY will be issued.

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN LOST OR STOLEN?

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages once a tracking number has been issued out. However we are willing to help resolve any issues. Please contact hello@blinkandwinkminks.com

 CAN I USE P.O BOX FOR SHIPPING?

A p.o box is an acceptable shipping address. 

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Unfortunately due to health reason all sales are FINAL! There will be no return or exchange under any circumstances due to the nature of the products.  

If you receive a damaged/defective item please immediately send us a picture of the defective item at (hello@blinkandwinkmink.com). Please include your Name, Order Number, and a photo of the Defective item. Defective items need to be addressed within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.

Please email (hello@blinkandwinkminks.com) for your return shipping label. If the product is deemed defective by Blink and Wink Minks (not normal signs of wear or use), you will be eligible for a refund or replacement of the same item after we have received the items. Please allow 3-7 days after we received your return items to process the refund. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order.

 

WORN LASHES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED NO EXCEPTIONS!
